Moena's weekly "open air" programme offers you a quality stay with a focus on well-being: a holiday designed to restore your equilibrium in harmony with nature, and to ensure the best services and satisfaction for our valued guests.

The excursions are divided up into several levels of difficulty:

easy: with a minimal difference in height and suitable for all: including older people or young children, even those in pushchairs;
medium-easy: easy walking and hiking with a difference in height of up to 500m.
medium: more demanding hikes with more time spent walking and differences in height of up to 700m.

MOENA TREK - THE ENERGY OF THE FOREST

A historic trail through woods and meadows - also much loved by local residents. You can enjoy the unique
atmosphere, and explore the ancient secrets of the forests. On this first excursion of the week, you will also
learn the proper way to approach the mountains: how to organise your hikes, read a map, prepare your
equipment, and check the weather - everything required for a perfect holiday.

Meet-up: 9:00 a.m. Sport Check Point Moena
Return: About 12:30 p.m.

MY FIRST VIA FERRATA WITH ALPINE GUIDES

ACTIVITY IN PARTNERSHIP WITH FASSA SPORT CHECK POINT

A unique way to experience the thrills of climbing to the top! Alpine Guides will come with you and teach you how to climb via ferratas, starting with some of the easiest and most scenic routes in the Valley: Roda di Vael in the Catinaccio group. Other full or half-day trips to other easy via ferratas on request.

Meet-up: 8:00 a.m. at Sport Check Point Pozza or Moena, depending on which ferrata is scheduled
Return: about 4:00 p.m.
Height difference in ascent: about 700 m. Height difference in descent: about 700 m

BAREFOOT EXPERIENCE - THE SENSORY FOREST

Enjoy the experience of walking barefoot through the woods, and feel connected to nature with its wonderful regenerating power.

MTB TEST DAY FOR CHILDREN, SKILL PARK - MOENA/SORAGA

ACTIVITY RESERVED FOR VAL DI FASSA GUEST CARD HOLDERS

With help from MTB instructors, the children ride a trail involving swinging bridges, parabolic curves, dips and bumps.
Get your bike and helmet ready, we'll see to the fun!

Meet-up in Moena: 9:00 a.m. at Fiabilandia Park
Meet-up in Soraga: 9:00 a.m. at municipal playground, near town hall
Return: about 12:00 noon
N.B: Come with your own or rented MTB, helmet, gloves and water bottle
The children need to know how to ride a bike without training wheels

And you can also use it to look up information, access museums and services, book other activities, and use public transport for free.
