AUTUMN FLAVOURS - FOOD FESTIVAL

September sees the start of a week of gastronomy for food-lovers, starting with the nbsp;genuine flavours of the Fassa Dolomites nbsp;and continuing with a variety of local dishes, reinvented nbsp;in a skilful, creative way by the chefs of Ristoro Moena.
Ristora Moena presents “Autumn Flavours 2022”, an artful mix of colours, flavours and aromas that reflect the character of autumn in this mountain region, with its uniquely beautiful landscapes and historic farmhouse traditions.
They are the same traditions you will find on the tables of the four restaurants: nbsp;Malga Panna, Foresta, Fuciade and Ostaria Tyrol, nbsp;which are taking part in the programme from nbsp;11 to 11 September 2022. Every evening, you will be able to enjoy a menu based on Ladin cuisine, accompanied byfine wines
